Went for treatment, decided to only eat when back at home - so, chaffle hamburger, coffee, 1/2 an apple and 1/2 an orange.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

Well that sounds good. Um may I ask what is a chaffle hamburger? thank you.

cheese waffle made in a mini waffle maker- the bun is made with mozzarella, almond flour, baking powder and an egg. So just a low carb waffle. There are various recipes on YouTube, i.e. without cheese, without egg and other ingredients. I actually make my burger bun in a mini griddle. My recipe: 3Tbs almond flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 2 egg whites (from a box), a pinch of onion powder & salt. enough for 2 pancake like bun halves. Well technically not a chaffle anymore, haha ;-)
