體重機一定壞了,這是我有生以來最瘦的體重,其實最重要的是如何好好維持,平常心稍微變胖沒關係,要遵循原則,好好練肌肉.
105.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week
