I didn't weigh in last Tuesday as I was ill and didn't attend my Weight Watchers meeting. I just kept my weight the same from the previous week and hopefully next week I will have lost.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 23.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
