減肥其實有幾個重要原則,一,多喝水.二,不喝含糖飲料.三,適量的飲食.期盼回去後可以維持,不要因為朋友在而吃更多,也不要刻意減肥,記得甚選食物,要多吃蔬菜,和含有營養素的食物!
