I'm not losing the weight I'd expect following program to a tee and getting lots of exercise. I even increased my water intake from about a glass a day to 2-3 litres a day (mind you a lot more making water). This week I am going to try and reduce my sodium intake and see how that works.
156.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
