waist measurement over navel: 82.1 cm

Yesterday I ended up eating considerably more than is logged but it was already late and I was tired... I probably got to 2300 calories at least...

Today I won't exercise because when you're sick you need all the energy to fight it... I don't feel too bad though. This was probably a minor thing since the pain and swelling diminished very quickly and I'm already in that stage where one is getting rid of all the stuff that's in the throat and nose. My throat feels better, my head also feels better, etc. If this is the flu, it's one of the weakest viruses I've ever caught...
131.2 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I agree - save your energy to fight the bug. It happened to me too and I went up but I wasn't sick as long. Now that I am well I will take the weight off. No fun, but neither is being sick.

Hello Maggie! Sorry that I didn't answer before that this is my first visit to the website in all this time. I haven't been at home much these last days. Thankfully that flu is gone but the problem is I haven't been waking up at home lately (where my digital scale is) I'm going to try to start measuring today afternoon (my sleeping schedules are all messed up lol). I also still haven't started exercising but I plan to start very shortly. I'm curious about my current weight but I'm not hoping for something splendid since I've gone lots of days without any form of exercising :P But this is good because it will allow to see any difference once I start exercising. The original plan remains! :) Cheers!

I feel your pain. I am having a tough time right now and it helps to know we are in this together! I definitely have to buckle down an try harder. Sometimes it is hard to focus on prioritizing my health over lethargy and food obsessions!

Wow! It's like you read my mind! It's really health VS lethargy and food obcessions. The worse is that, the more eat junk food, the more lethargic you get, an the more you feel like eating junk food. It's a vicious cycle lol. :P Today, for the first time in I don't know how many days, I exercised. I did some indoor cycling. I'm putting swimming on hold for just a few days because it's not convenient right now. So the set is really prepared for us to see results lol. I'm going to try to cycle every day.

By the way, I wish you strenght needed to eat the right foods, to exercise heheh. I found (earlier) that, usually exercise helps me with the energy needed to make these changes. Once I start exercising, it's like I feel a different person. I'm hoping this will happen again now :)
