I busted a couple spokes on the back wheel of my bicycle. I wanted to fix the wheel this weekend, but I realized that the spokes are on the drive side, which means that I must remove the gears to replace the broken spokes; unfortunately I won't get my hands on the tools until Monday, so I won't be able to take advantage of today's nice weather :( Rain is expected starting tomorrow, into the foreseeable future. Oh well, no worries, I rode the stationary bike for an hour last night. It was better than I thought it would be. I'll have to replace the pedals with some cheap rattrap pedals with straps, because the pedals on there now only allow pedal force straight down or else my feet slip, so I'm not getting the complete workout.
My weight loss plan seems to be back on track again. My daily weight was near an all-time low. (I enter a rolling weighted average into FatSecret rather than the number off the scale.)
