I did pretty well yesterday, considering we went out to dinner with friends at the Melting Pot. It was delicious, and not as many calories as I feared (but still a lot). But I had planned for it, and stayed pretty close to plan. Tonight is my mother-in-law's famous spaghetti, and birthday cheesecake, so I need to be careful before dinner.
