Well, no hoops this morning, which makes me sad, but I will do something fun later today. Was supposed to take the day off, but an emergency cropped up, so I'm working. Bummer.

I'm a little bummed that yesterday's hard work to hit my macros didn't net me a loss. But yesterday's work doesn't always show up the next day (unless you made a mistake :)).

Going to keep trying to go low, and I'm going to keep lifting. Eventually, I know it will pay off!
