staying steady this week... official weigh in at work was 185.2 (clothes all on)... to hit 17 lb goal in 8 wks need to net 1285 calories each day,
181.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
