Well Fstsecret peeps, I’m very close to my 100lb milestone. In my most recent Nutrition visit I was down 12lbs (over 2 months), however this was the 1st time I’ve lost some muscle mass. My nutritionist said to really treat myself at my 100lb. I decided not to wait, so I hired a personal trainer to guide me in my last 40-ish weight loss. Today way my first session! I pray for the strength to continue!!!! It went very well.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 94.8 lb.    Still to go: 41.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
