Recently discovered I wasn’t losing weight due to drinking so much water AND eating too much sodium. Cut my water down to 96 oz and eliminated as much salt as possible. Five pounds down in seven days. I was retaining SO much water!! Check your labels. I was astounded (and to be honest, sad) at how much sodium is in one can of tuna fish in water. Definitely reading all labels now. Good luck to everyone out there!! 💜❣️💪
190.4 lb Lost so far: 16.3 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I love drinking water! I run about 55% body water but for me that feels amazing. Helps me eat less, sleep better, etc. Did you check your body water %?

I’m currently at 96 oz per day. I, too, love water. I just found thru my doctor that I was taking in too much sodium and that was holding in my water. Everything in moderation 🤗
