Down 3 lbs and 2.5% body fat since beginning of the challenge... woot woot! I cut my carbs way down this week... fewer vegetables and no more fruit, but increased my fat. Definitely gives me motivation to keep this up!
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Nice job Mindy!!! I lost the fruit this week, too, and starting to get the hang of sneaking in more fat without feeling like I am eating my weight in nuts!!
