Down a negligible amount. I didn't really do a good enough job yesterday to correct the weekend mistake, so no correction yet. Mostly, I stayed up too late, and snacked too much. Going to the dentist today, so that should keep me relatively good for at least half the day.
188.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
