Out of town this past weekend. ROAD TRIP!! Usually a cause for some serious snacking . Since we were on a mission I didn't get much in. Pleased with the results.
277.6 lb Lost so far: 50.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
