Nokame's Journal, 23 March 2009

I didn't do as much exercise today as I thought. Like, on some things I've been reading, people doing the Master Cleanse, which I wanna do sometimes but that's besides the point. That sometimes they forget and binge, and then they go, " Ok, I had a minor set back but I'm fine, now to continue on with day 5."

I'm not sure if anyone understands the Master cleanse but you basically sustain yourself with one drink, it has lemon, Grade B maple syrup and cayenne pepper. Anyway, all the components in that drink is what makes it so your digestive system doesn't shut down.

What irks me about this is that people do these things because they want to better themselves, like, if you eat and your dieting, admit it to yourself and take it in, then get over it.

After a few kind words from many people, I realized that it's a waste of time feeling pathetic over something that's done with.

Anyway, I'm back to doing my special diet, just had a rather yummy lunch. I kinda realized that the only reason why diets are so hard, is that you name it a diet. If you just ate it and did something else it wouldn't be that big of a deal... you know, in your head.

Thought that was funny.

Since yesterday I was all, "boohoo I broke my diet." and today I was all like, "fuck it, ima eat whatever I want" I ended up wanting to eat healthy things and in small portions, then when I was full since i knew i could get more I didn't binge.

That impressed me..

diets are one big mind fuck man @_@, bleh.
