Put on a pair of jeans with a 38" waist yesterday and zipped them up and buttoned them. They are a bit too tight to wear, but I actually got them on and fastened. Coming from a 54" waist size, getting down to something in the 30's is a real milestone.
220.8 lb Lost so far: 109.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
