The mystery of weight in days. Today is the HIGHEST weight I had during the week. Yes, I know, I am not here to watch that number drop down fast, but still frustrating. I was relatively good with my diet and did not log any of my walking so the deficit was actually higher.

My usual frustration it work. Nothing new, and will not change, or will not change for the better. Still did not sleep at night. Need to find ways to reduce stress more efficiently. What I do apparently does not work. I come home so exausted that I cannot really do anything physical that would help me unwind. Watching an idiotic movie yesterday night obviously did not help. But I was to tired or better to say too frustrated to do anything else.

Now it is a new day and a new week. Smile and go to work and count your blessings to have one.
173.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
