I'm taking the probiotics also from Plexus. I've been on antibiotics for the last month because of a cellulite infection in my leg. The doctor even recommended taking the probrotics. Thanks for the info. Donna

I am very excited for both of you! I have been on Plexus for 5 months with a total of 27#'s. But the past 4 lbs have been an up and down 2 lbs for the past 2 months. I have decided to really look at what I am eating, continue with my probio5 and biocleanse and kick this dam Candida!! I am looking forward to trying the new accelerator. The previous one would make me constipated. Keep posting your results!! My goal is to lost 3 lbs over the holiday season compared to the usual 8-10 lb gain.

The candida is an ugly monster! I am trying my dardest to get rid of it. It's not the easiest to do though. I had immediate "die off" symptoms...not fun! I caved in and ate a small amount of sugar. I am back on board. I wonder if & when you are able to get your insides in sync, does the weight get easier to lose?

Yes, with the Candida in check the sugar cravings decrease. The sugar craving is mostly the Candida crying out for help and sugar. So when it is in check you are not as hungry and usually the weightloss is able to start again. I had a plexus party at my house today and learned that I should be taking 4 probio5. I was taking 2 or 3. So going to up it to 4 at night and really watch my sugar intake. It has been a little easier - Die off symptoms suck but if you can get through it I hear people feel so much better. That is where I am headed.

Many yeast sufferers, after starting a program for yeast control, have experienced a worsening of their condition. This can of course be a most unsettling and discouraging development and if not understood and addressed effectively, may not only forestall one's progress, but possibly bring it to a screeching halt. We therefore want to share our insights and strategies to minimize the chances of suffering unnecessarily from yeast die-off reactions. Common yeast die-off symptoms, some individuals may develop one or several of these concurrently Fatigue, brain fog, gastro-intestinal distress such as nausea, gas, bloating, diarrhea or constipation, low grade fever, headache, sore throat, body itch, muscle and / or joint soreness or pain, feeling as if coming down with a flu. Be aware that contrary to popularly held misconception, yeast die-off reactions are not a sign that yeast treatment is succeeding. It is an indication that yeast cells are dying, usually in large numbers, and is more of an indicator of the system's toxic overload. More poisons are being released than the body can adequately cope with at one time. In most cases, yeast die-off is a sign that the system's eliminatory pathways are overburdened or as oftentimes happens, blocked, as in constipation and liver stress. http://www.thecandidadiet.com/candida-die-off.htm This is a good website. When the candida is killed it releases toxins and so the die off can be because your body is full of toxic waste basically. That is why it is very important to drink lots and lots of water to help flush your system.

Thanks for the info. I was truly unaware of the way candida affects weight loss, but it makes perfect sense. I have had a lot of the die off symptoms this weekend. I feel pretty good until the end of my day, then I feel cruddy and lethargic. I am up .4lb. this morning. Ugh!
