Whohoo! 100 g less lol Take that you ... fat causing ... things...

waist measurement over navel: couldn't do that today.

foot eaten: top secret (actually, it was also inconvenient to do that today...) :)


I haven't been able to keep junk food at bay and I also haven't been exercising due to crazy sleep schedules...
129.2 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
