had a roller coaster week prior, battling lack of satiety, bloating and eating almost 2000 cals some days. but i stayed under 30 net carb and kept up with strength training
223.8 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
