So I havent been watching what I eat or journaling for 3 weeks and of course my weight is back over400. Back to watching and journaling today.
I have a box of medifast that has just been sitting in my kitchen for months. I decided today that I will finish it. I will decide in a few weeks if I am going to stay on it.
404.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 104.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
