Well, I survived the weekend without too much damage. The weight is settling around where I think it should be. I've got to watch my sodium and sugar intake today, because I'm getting a physical. Sugar shouldn't be a big problem... but I'll have to be careful with the sodium. I can't eat for 8 hours prior to the physical, but it's at 10 am, so it shouldn't be a problem. Supposed to drink lots of water today. Does iced tea count?
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
