Yay for a loss-even with a new scale. Keeping up with Whole30-day 36. My body feels so much better following the guidelines of Whole30. Such a difference!
174.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week
