Rebounding a little - I snacked a lot while doing my work. My wife made caramel corn, which I just munched on all day. Mmmmmm.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

how much is the caramel popcorn anyway? Looks like you are doing pretty well on your diet, so no probs!

Yeah, the caramel corn is not too bad, for a snack - I ate about a ton of it, though :). Since it's homemade, I had to find a close match to what my wife makes, so hopefully I'm not too far off on the numbers.
