I’ve dropped 4 pounds so far. I had a really bad day on Thursday but I’ve come back strong and kept under my calorie allowance for the last 4 days now. I also started a new medication on Saturday and it’s kind of curbing my appetite which is a lovely side effect. I’ll take it.
