Working hard to make sure I counter ever extra calorie over my RDI with an extra calorie burned... it's helping me desperately... I can eat whatever I want, but knowing if I eat that late night handful of potato chips I have another 20 minutes of working out to do is keeping me from really wanting to eat it... hopefully I can keep up the momentum... it's my own personal challenge. Wish me luck.
191.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
