this is my weight ... naked and fasting at 10:30 am, ... with a short nightie on it is .6 lb more at 181.0 lb.
By the way, I resigned from Noom three days ago and returned to using this program only.
I am following my blood sugars again, as I had a low sugar attack two days ago only a few hrs after eating a 500 cal breakfast. Is the decrease in morphine letting my B.S. return to lower levels?
180.4 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
