have done 10B410 everyday including weekends (25 days in a row so far). watching what i eat very carefully, started back with the shake and supplements support as well but i just can't find the time to actually log my food.

upper belly 34
lower belly 41
hips 43
thigh 23.5 down .5

arm 11
181.0 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
