still being active, walked 11 hilly miles before breakfast Sunday, 3 miles after dinner, 3 miles after dinner last night - I need to work in some more lunch hour walks
141.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
