Pretty good day, weight is down a little, and my measurements are down as well, which points to improvements on the fat percentage front. Today I get another good calorie deficit (working in the yard - pulling out my lawn, putting in sod).
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
