I haven't really been tracking at all. In my diary are like maybe 5 whole tracked days. i tried out t25 for a week and it maintained my weight but I didn't lose any. My body felt tighter though. For now I think I'm just going to stick to with alternating the t25 and the zumba. I'm at 187 right now though I was stuck at 190 for a while. I'm still watching what I eat though, not well but still.
