Continued progress. Last week had me worried a little bit. No weight loss the previous week and several bad days in a row. But perseverance pays off. Less than 10 to go!

Don't worry about it to much, We didn't gain the weight we are trying to lose in a week or two so it will take us a bit longer and harder to do so, but we will get there together. Good luch this week.
