Not sure I should even record this weight. I'm up - a lot - from only a few days ago. I ate late yesterday, and took in too much sodium. And there is the lack of sleep, and not enough days when I exercise. I need that. Need to get back into that groove. I'm going hardcore every other day, but probably not as hardcore as I think.

EDIT: It's late at night, I ate a big dinner, and I'm about to add some protein - and my weight is half a pound off my weigh-in this morning. Usually I'm up 3-5 pounds at this time of night. I was retaining a little more fluid weight than normal. I expect tomorrow to be a truer weight.
190.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
