OK I am finally back after about a 6 week hiatus. I just kind of lost control after the tragedy in early December. I had to re-prioritize and just get through the holidays.

I have been trying to get back on plan since last Monday (1/3/11) but haven't done so well. My daughter turned 16 on Sunday and I made her the most delicious chocolate cake. Unfortunately with it being my first week back low-carbing, I didn't do so good resisting the temptation.

Yesterday was my first cheat-free day! Gosh the first week is tough!! I wish I could remember exactly what I did back in August to set me off on such a good path. I will get there though and I will lose the 10 lbs I gained again plus more.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I think after we get off plan it tends to be much much harder to get over the 1st week. Not sure if it really is or if we are just comparing it to the free flow we've enjoyed before getting off plan. Best of luck.
