I know I’m not suppose to have pound cake. I had a small piece and satisfied my sweet tooth. Breakfast was half bagel not much to have for breakfast
218.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
