Starting afresh. The band that the doctor put inside of me has helped me to lose 90 lbs. and keep 80 of it off. Now, he says that it needs to come out. And, it till it does, it is useless. So, I need to control my weight the old fashioned way. Diet and exercise. So, I am back and logging and journaling again.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 71.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

i still have the lap band. I still have to follow the low carb diet. Eating plenty of fresh low carb vegetables and lots of meat & poultry - baked or grilled. You can do this!
