waist measurement over navel: 79.5 cm (sort of). While I'm very happy that my weight is going down again today, which should probably mean that I'm losing some fat, I'm slightly concerned about my somewhat constant waistline lol... but let's see how this evolves :)

Having reached 57 kg and still having an undesired belly, I have no other choice but to set my goal to 56 kg :P. I wonder how much weight there is left before my six pack will finally becomes visible :] I wish I could have a reliable measurement of my body fat percentage...

edit: I can't forget to ingest enough protein each day so I won't start losing muscle!
125.4 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
