I feel great eating all raw i actually have enough energy to workout too. the only things is i am soo thirsty i just can't seem to quench my thirst. but i finally feel like i am on my way. I hope to be 155 by march 20th so we will see if i hit my first goal on that date.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
