I eating the same thing and the number on the scale is not moving
248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Snickelicious, I can't see what you ate but maybe it's time to try something different. Look at you entire routine of eating, exercising, sleeping habits, water intake, stress, etc. Everything you do not only your diet will keep you at the same weight. Best wishes on finding what is the cause of your weight not budging. You can do it!

Hello chubbychica, thank you for your help I'm new at this site so I'm trying to figure it out, and almost everything you said I was going thru it my blood pressure was 188/102 doctor said I was stress, for a whole month I couldn't eat cause my chest will hurt I also cut the salt intake from my diet, so I started eating the same thing, I have change what I ate and I notice the scale is moving, I want to thank you for being a friend helping me out:) Have a bless day.

Anytime snickerlicious, I am happy that I was some help. If you want to get good use out of the site try to add some buddies that journal or find a group that have something you identify with. A lot of people share concerns they may be having and it so beneficial when people give advice on what has helped them or just let someone know that they are having a bit of a struggle too. It’s a great support group even if you don’t always get a response you know you are not alone. Congrats on getting that scale to move. Best wishes and continued blessings to you.
