I hit my macro targets again today! Yeah! Also, I lost weight, which is nice, too. I sure hope those two facts are related :). Well, I have no choice but to keep this going.

Today I played basketball, and I will lift later. It's snowing here today, so probably no bike ride. I guess summer is officially over.

I weigh in every day. My weight fluctuates up and down, depending on a lot of factors. FatSecret feels the need to tell me I'm either losing or gaining too fast pretty much every time. It's pretty annoying. It would make sense if I only weighed in once a week. Of course, overall, this site is an incredibly useful tool, so this is just a minor complaint.
