Cut back on my net carbs and have been working out. I've also cut my eating back a little. Still need to remember to eat mostly protein and veggies so my goal in the coming week is to eat a salad a day. Gotta make sure I get my greens in.
196.8 lb Lost so far: 47.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
