I took my multivitamins, had some oatmeal for breakfast and a glass of water. Now going out for lunch with a good friend, some yoga at home then going out tonight with my best friend to a grand opening for a club in the town where I live.
337.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 162.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
