With this challenge I'm adopting a new regiemen:

2000 cal a day
25 carbs (net) per day
Strength Training 3x a week
Running at 4.5-5.0
Stairmaster 3x per week
Green Tea 2x per day
3-5 servings of veggies per day
150-200 g of Protein daily

Hopefully this will help be shed this last 50 (crosses fingers)
202.6 lb Lost so far: 41.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
