like the 20 mile a week challenge, keeps me walking even when i'm not sure i want to - for week five i already have 6 miles - walked 2 miles after lunch yesterday and 4 miles after dinner - even if i don't get a walk in again before the weekend i'll have lots more than 20 since i have a 6-8 mile walk saturday and an 11 mile walk sunday
138.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
