OK - now we're headed in the right direction. If I want to reach my "mini goal" by Halloween - I've got 5.5 labs to shed in just 3 weeks. Hummmmm! No fast-food drive-thrus for me. LOL
175.5 lb Lost so far: 54.5 lb.    Still to go: 20.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
