Thank you I have a question, do we take our weight every day, if not how often are we supposed too

Hi Pheephee. There are no rules. It's totally up to you. I do every day but some get discouraged when they only see small increments. If you do it daily don't panic. Expect to see some minor gains. Its totally normal. I used to get worried but then I look back at the week to see the overall loss. Some only weigh weekly, some monthly for various reasons. One gal said she just couldn't focus on it daily because too much emphasis on it made her feel like giving up. I suggest experimenting and see what works for you.
