I did very badly yesterday. A lot of fatty food, a lot of snacking. And when I had a chance to correct it a little bit, I made a really bad food choice at dinner (Arby's Smokehouse Brisket - tasty sandwich, for fast food, but a lot of things I'm trying to avoid). But in my defense, this bad food choice was a good choice because it came along with a great evening with my daughter. She and I rarely get one-on-one time, and this came at a great time. So, I'll forgive myself for that part of my day... and work on making up for it today.

It could have been a lot better if I had exercised - bad Zeb! Over 40% of my calories yesterday were fat! Wow. I knew it was bad, but I'm trying to go 60-20-20, so that's double the percentage I was shooting for. Well, I'm starting out pretty good today - weigh-in is not so bad (yesterday's aberration is making today's accurate weight not look as bad), and I've already got my exercise in (2+ hours of lifting and hoops - good day!).
188.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
