Didn't get my workout in last night. Very bummed about that. Weight is up from yesterday. Did reasonably well on Sodium yesterday, in spite of not being able to make better food choices. My daughter is sick and my wife was also under the weather yesterday, which made the day quite a challenge. I didn't get to bed until 1, and had a conference call at 6 am. I am burnt.
187.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
