Didn't get much sleep last night, and I think I'm catching my daughter's virus...
Yesterday, I made my first real effort to curb my sodium intake. I cut it in half, yet, I'm still above what is recommended. My cholesterol intake dropped as well, and it went below the RDI. Nice!
But I wonder how much extra $$$ I spent on the low-sodium food... I know there are ways to eat healthy for cheap. Guess I'll have to get creative.
